Mary Ann T. Donohue, Ph.D., R.N., A.P.N., C, Appointed Assistant VP of Patient Care Services at Clara Maass
“We are really excited to have Dr. Donohue join our team,” said Mary Ellen Clyne, MSN, RN, CNAA, Vice President, Patient Care Services, Clara Maass Medical Center. “She is a skilled leader with great administrative expertise. With Dr. Donohue’s renowned national recognition, Clara Maass will undoubtedly continue to advance.” Board-certified by the American Nurses’ Association as a Clinical Specialist in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing, Dr. Donohue is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives of New Jersey, the American Nurses Association and serves as Vice-Chair of the American Nurses’ Credentialing Center, Governing Council for the Institute for Credentialing Innovation. She obtained her M.A. in Nursing from New York University, her doctorate in Nursing from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY and her post-masters certificate—nurse practitioner, psychiatric mental health nursing—from Columbia University, NY. With over 10 years of senior management experience, Dr. Donohue looks forward to maintaining and exceeding standards for outstanding patient care at Clara Maass. “I am delighted to join the Clara Mass team,” she said, “and hope that my experience will help Clara Maass continue to meet its high standards of excellence in health care delivery.”

Belleville, New Jersey—Mary Ann T. Donohue, Ph.D., R.N., A.PN., C., has joined Clara Maass Medical Center as Assistant Vice President of Patient Care Services. Dr. Donohue hails from Hackensack University Medical Center where she most recently held the position of Administrative Director of Nursing for Professional Practice and Clinical Affairs.
