This adult foster care program is offered to those who are elderly
and wish to live independently while receiving necessary care in
the comfortable surroundings of a home and family. Up to two persons
receive room, board, personal care, and other supportive health
and social services in the home of an unrelated individual who
has been approved by the sponsor agency, JerseyCare Home Health,
and trained to provide the necessary care. Clients may receive
an array of services ranging from diet and medication, to meal
preparation, transportation, laundry, errands, housekeeping and
monitoring of personal finances.
