Obtaining Your Neurodiagnostic Studies

We are happy to release your neurodiagnostic studies after they are completed and read by a neurologist.  We request 72-hour notice to prepare a computer disc of your test. 

Please call (732) 557-8116 to request a copy of your test.  There is no charge to reproduce your test on a CD.
