A multidisciplinary team approach in Medical Oncology at J. Phillip Citta Cancer Center ensures that the physical and psychosocial needs of patients and their families are addressed. The team includes Board Certified physicians, oncology certified nurses, licensed clinical oncology social workers, case managers, dieticians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and home care professionals working together to provide quality care in the inpatient, outpatient settings, and home care settings.
