From the Garden State Parkway (North and South): Take exit 145 The Oranges-Route 280 West. From 280 West, take exit 6A Laurel Avenue. From the exit, continue straight on Laurel Avenue (which eventually becomes Shrewsbury Drive, then East Cedar). Saint Barnabas Hospice is 3.3 miles from Exit 6A, on the left.

From the New Jersey Turnpike (North and South). Take exit 15W to Route 280 West. Take exit 6A Laurel Avenue, and follow the directions above. Alternately, individuals may wish to exit at Route 78 West, then follow directions as below.

From Route 287 (North and South). Exit at Route 10. Follow east to Livingston traffic circle and follow blue and white hospital signs. Saint Barnabas Hospice is right across from the Hospital.

From Route 80 East: Exit at Route 280 East. Take exit 6A Laurel Avenue, and follow the directions above.

From Route 78 (East): Take exit 47 for Route 24 West. Take exit 7 and continue to JFK Parkway, following signs to Livingston. Turn right at the light onto South Orange Avenue. Turn left at second traffic light onto Old Shorts Hills Road. Saint Barnabas will be on your right at the next traffic light.

From Route 78 (West). Exit near the Short Hills Mall onto Route 24 West. Take exit 7C to JFK Parkway, following signs to Livingston. Turn right at the light onto South Orange Avenue. Turn left at second traffic light onto Old Shorts Hills Road. Saint Barnabas Hospice will be on your right at the next traffic light.

ONCE ON Route 36 EASTBOUND: Follow to the intersection of Broadway, Long Branch. Make a right turn onto Broadway. Continue own Broadway to Third Ave. Make a right turn onto Third Ave. Continue down Third Ave. until you see the hospital on your left. Turn left onto access road across from Fine Fare. That will bring you to the main entrance and the garage entrance. Ask for directions to the Hospice unit at the information desk.

Northbound: Pass through Union, N.J., toll booth, take exit 143 Irvington. Bear left off exit to first light and turn right on Lyons Avenue. Follow blue 'H' signs to NBIMC two miles on left.

Southbound: Take exit 143-A Maplewood. Bear left off exit to first light and turn left on Lyons Avenue. Same as above.

From Route 80 (Warren, Morris area). Take 80 east to 280 east to Garden State Parkway south. Follow as above.

From Routes 78 Or 24. Eastbound from Chatham area: take Route 24 to Route 78 east to Irvington exit. Turn right at second light onto Lyons Avenue. Follow blue 'H' signs to NBIMC.

Westbound from airport: Take Route 78 (local) to Irvington/Hillside exit, bear left to first light. Turn left on Lyons Avenue, follow as above.

From New Jersey Turnpike. At Newark International Airport, exit 14, follow Route 78 west as above.

From Route 22. To Garden State Parkway north, exit 143 Irvington, follow as above.

From Holland Tunnel. Routes 1 and 9 south to Route 78. follow as above.

From Lincoln Tunnel. Route 3 to Garden State Parkway south, exit 143a Maplewood. Route 3 to Turnpike south, exit 14 to 78 west. Follow both as indicated above.

At Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, turn left on Osborne Terrace to our secure multilevel parking garage located in the middle of the block. The front entrance to the medical center is immediately across from the garage.
