medical history and be given material on breast health. Please check
with your insurance carrier for details regarding your specific
insurance coverage so that you have that information available at
the time of your visit.
If you are scheduled for a mammogram, please arrive on time so
that you will have ample time to change your clothes before the
procedure. It is recommended that you wear a two-piece garment,
and a gown will be provided.

be given prior to your visit.
If you need to change your appointment, please call the breast
center at least 24 hours prior to your visit. You can make an appointment
