Our Cancer Center staff understands that that a cancer diagnosis is one of the most difficult challenges any individual or family will face in their life. We have dedicated and specially trained social work staff available to support individual needs of patients at diagnosis and through treatment. Our social work staff work closely with our nurses and physicians to help patients reach each milestone in their course of therapy and recovery. We also understand that support can also come from other patients. We offer support groups to give patients opportunities to meet other survivors and give strength to each other. We are also affiliated with many programs designed to offer patients assistance with daily living activities such as Beautiful You and Happiness Unlimited.
