From the East: Take Route 3 West to Route 21 South.
Stay on Route 21 to Clay Street. Turn left at the light and proceed
across Clay Street Bridge to the next traffic light. Turn left at the
light onto Passaic Avenue/River Road. Follow River Road to the first
traffic light (Belgrove Drive) and turn right. Follow road up hill to
the Continuing Care Center on the left.
From the West: Take Route 3
East to Route 21 South. Stay on Route 21 to Clay
Street. Turn left at light onto Passaic Avenue/River
Road. Follow River Road to the first traffic
light (Belgrove Drive) and turn right. Follow
road up hill to the Continuing Care Center on
the left.
From Garden State Parkway Northbound: Take
GSP North to Exit 145 for Route 280 East. Follow
signs to Harrison; stay right. Take Exit 16 (Harrison).
At second traffic light, make right onto Harrison
Avenue. At second traffic light, pass Hess Station
and make right onto Passaic Avenue. Take Passaic
Avenue down to fourth traffic light. Make right
onto Belgrove Drive. Continuing Care Center is
on the left.
From Garden State Parkway Southbound: Take
GSP South to Exit 153 for Route 3 East. Take
Route 3 East to Route 21 South. Stay on Route
21 to Clay Street. Turn left at light onto Passaic
Avenue/River Road. Follow River Road to the first
traffic light (Belgrove Drive) and turn right.
Follow road up hill to the Continuing Care Center
on the left.
