The Saint Barnabas Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers’ progressive
team of geriatric and rehabilitation specialists care for thousands
of residents and patients every year. Their well-organized team approach
pulls together the resources of the medical directors, administrators,
highly trained registered nurses, physical, recreation, occupational
and speech therapists, certified nursing assistants, social workers,
dietitians and ancillary care providers. Each member of the healthcare
team contributes when developing a care plan for residents to ensure
that those under the team’s care are functioning at their maximum
capacity and are living life to the best of their ability.
IV therapy, tracheotomy care, pre- and post-surgical
recovery, wound care, respiratory care, enteral
therapy, restorative care and pain management
are part of a long list of clinical services
offered in all of the Nursing and Rehabilitation
Centers.
Our eight facilities feature private and semi-private
rooms, beautifully decorated living and recreation
areas, spiritual and social programs and a structured
Resident and Patient Satisfaction Program.
