Insurance and Billing The Women’s Center will submit the bill for your surgery directly to your insurance. Our bill is for the facility only. All physicians involved in your procedure will bill separately by their independent physician billing services. Please contact your physician directly and/or the anesthesiology group (973.660.9334) to determine if they participate in your insurance. Any amounts not covered by your insurance, deductible Please contact you insurance company directly with any questions regarding your coverage, or any authorization and/or referral requirements. If you have not made arrangements to complete payment prior to service, any outstanding balance will be collected on the day of surgery.
