Social Work Services (973) 322-5855 Social workers assist patients and families with social and emotional problems associated with illness, disability and hospitalization. They provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling, as well as connection to appropriate resources and help with discharge planning. Social Work staff members facilitate numerous support groups including the Perinatal Bereavement Group and Transplant Support Group.
